Since I was a kid I’ve loved eggs. Fried, poached, scrambled, and best of all – Nuclear!
They are the easiest, most low maintenance eggs to make, but most importantly they have the ultimate fluff.
What you’ll need:
2 eggs
splash of milk
a couple slices of cheese
salt and pepper to taste
snipped chives (optional)
What you’ll do:
Crack your eggs in a microwave-safe dish, add a splash of milk and some salt and pepper.
Nuke ’em for 90 seconds. Check ’em. Make sure they aren’t runny. Flip ’em. Add some cheese (a Kraft single is my go to, but havarti is super tasty). Nuke again for 30 seconds.
Voila!
*To spice them up a little, add some diced veggies or meat underneath the cheese.
*Everyones microwaves may cook differently, you may want to try cooking for less time to start so as not to over cook the egg and prevent them from going grey inside.
