I don’t make these often other than to go with my beloved potato salad. Here’s an easy recipe to follow.
What you’ll need:
fresh eggs
medium-large pot with water
What you’ll do:
Put the eggs in a pot that is large enough so the eggs are not crowded.
Ensure eggs are submerged in water. Cover and wait for water to boil on high.
Once water starts to boil rapidly, remove from heat, keep covered and set a timer for 12 minutes.
After 12 minutes place the pot in a sink and run cold water into the pot until all the water is cold. Store in the fridge.
