mango salsa

A fan fave for any occasion.

This super simple salsa is a great way to balance out a meal with a sweet and spicy edge.


What you’ll need:

4-5 roma tomatoes
1/2 small red onion
2-3 garlic cloves
2 yellow mangos (quite ripe)
1 seeded Serrano pepper
juice of 4 limes
1 avocado (optional)
salt to taste

What you’ll do:

Mix all ingredients together and let sit 1 hour (the longer the better) for flavours to meld.


Great served with nachos, tacos or by the spoonful.
